Leah grew up in Massachusetts in a spirited household of three brothers and a myriad of pets. She began volunteering at a therapeutic horseback riding barn at a young age, which sparked her early interest in animal care. By the time she was 16, she was working in a veterinary clinic, where she gained hands-on experience and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the field. In the winters, Leah also serves as a ski patroller at Keystone, where she combines her love for the outdoors with her passion for emergency medical care. In her free time, she enjoys backcountry skiing, wakeboarding, running, sailing, and music.
